Night Out Against Crime

Last night, our church hosted a block party for National Night Out Against Crime. It was a huge success! Lots of church members, neighbors, and community figures were in attendance. The Sheriff's Office, Police Department, and Fire Department all had representatives at the block party. They each spoke for a few minutes and stressed the importance of us getting to know our neighbors and looking out for each other. We are often the first links in preventing crime because if we will just pay attention to our surroundings we will notice when things "aren't right" and can report that to the authorities. The following pictures are just a sampling of everything that went on:

Fr. Campo from Church of the Immaculate Conception joined us!

Thanks, Arzel, for all of your hard work!!
